Feature: Present Documents Side-by-Side during a Deposition

Split Screen (or Side-by-Side) viewing has been available in Labs for a while, but now you can use it to present 2 documents side-by-side during a deposition, or allow the witness to split their screen to view 2 documents side-by-side.

For now, this still requires you to enable the feature in AgileLaw Labs (Account Settings > Labs).

Feature: Fit-to-Page for Exhibit Stamp Cover Page

If you have every used a photo or a construction drawing in your deposition, you already know the exhibit stamp might not be correctly proportioned to what you see on your screen. While you were able to prepend a "blank page" to the document, it was just that - a blank page.

With this new update, you can choose to include the original exhibit's first page onto the "cover page" and our system will either scale up or scale down the first page to fit onto an 8 1/2" x 11" size PDF.

Feature: Move and Resize Existing Annotations

Once you add a comment or a highlight, you can now move the highlight or comment and resize any highlights. Just hover over the comment or highlight to see the icons to either move or resize!
